TPS53626器件是無驅動,符合VR13 SVID標準的同步降壓控制器。先進的控制功能,如D-CAP +架構,重疊脈沖支持下沖減少(USR) )和過沖減少(OSR)提供快速瞬態響應,最低輸出電容和高效率。該器件還支持CCM或DCM中的單相操作,以提高輕載效率。該設備集成了一整套VR13 I /O功能,包括VR_READY(PGOOD), ALERT 和 VR_HOT 。 SVID接口地址允許從00h到07h進行編程。可調節的V OUT 壓擺率控制可編程為高達20mV /uS。
與TI NexFET功率級配對, totalsolution提供極高的速度和低開關損耗。 TPS53626還提供四種默認模式,可通過一個外部電阻配置VCCIO和VMCP設置,以節省元件數量和電路板空間。
