[中國，深圳，2023年6月21日]近日，Gartner公布《2023企業(yè)有線和無線LAN基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施“客戶之聲”》（2023年5月）榜單。截至2023年3月21日，華為在Gartner Peer Insights總計197條評分中收獲4.9分（滿分5.0分），成為除北美廠商外唯一入選廠家。我們相信，此次獲得“客戶之選”稱號體現(xiàn)了全球客戶對華為高品質(zhì)萬兆云園區(qū)網(wǎng)絡(luò)的充分肯定與持續(xù)信任。華為也在四個細(xì)分市場中的三個獲得了“客戶之選”：中型企業(yè)（50M-1B USD），亞太地區(qū)，歐洲以及中東和非洲市場。

企業(yè)有線和無線LAN基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施客戶之選

截至2023年3月31日，來自全球制造、服務(wù)、教育和通信行業(yè)的客戶，從產(chǎn)品功能、部署運維、銷售經(jīng)驗和支持經(jīng)驗多個維度，通過華為云園區(qū)網(wǎng)絡(luò)全系列產(chǎn)品（CloudEngine系列交換機(jī)、AirEngine系列無線接入點（Access Point）和iMaster NCE自動化&智能化網(wǎng)絡(luò)管理平臺）和解決方案對華為進(jìn)行了綜合評估。華為相信這些評價體現(xiàn)了全球客戶對華為園區(qū)網(wǎng)絡(luò)產(chǎn)品的產(chǎn)業(yè)地位、部署規(guī)模、成熟商用的高度認(rèn)可。

首先，在無線接入側(cè)，華為基于客戶典型場景下的關(guān)鍵問題，通過持續(xù)的天線技術(shù)創(chuàng)新，實現(xiàn)WLAN的連續(xù)組網(wǎng)和用戶體驗持續(xù)領(lǐng)先，做到真正全行業(yè)全場景無線替代有線。一位來自醫(yī)療行業(yè)的客戶表示：“對于特定場景選用特定的天線，華為為我們提供了3種選擇。室內(nèi)場景，如果覆蓋小于5米，華為用內(nèi)置雙頻共面智能天線，覆蓋半徑提升30%；如果覆蓋為5-30米，在AP安裝前華為會提供一體化安裝件，方便高空安裝。如果是室外場景，華為獨家配備2.4GHz 8T8R天線，接收靈敏度提升2dB~3dB。”^[1]

其次，在網(wǎng)絡(luò)架構(gòu)上，華為創(chuàng)新推出了中心交換機(jī)+遠(yuǎn)端模塊的極簡架構(gòu)，網(wǎng)絡(luò)三層變兩層，管理節(jié)點更少，網(wǎng)絡(luò)擴(kuò)展更靈活。一位政府部門的客戶表示：“華為簡化的網(wǎng)絡(luò)架構(gòu)為有線辦公終端帶來了極大的便利。交換機(jī)可以直接放置在桌面，解決了弱電機(jī)房資源不足的問題。”^[2]

最后，在網(wǎng)絡(luò)部署與運維方面，華為基于人工智能打造的iMaster NCE自動化&智能化網(wǎng)絡(luò)管理平臺，率先實現(xiàn)了園區(qū)網(wǎng)絡(luò)L3自動駕駛，受到廣大客戶的青睞。一位制造行業(yè)的客戶表示：“iMaster NCE-CampusInsight可以顯示整個網(wǎng)絡(luò)狀態(tài)，實時查看網(wǎng)絡(luò)時延，并自動檢測和解決部分問題，極大地減輕了運維人員的工作量。此外，iMaster NCE-CampusInsight還可以查看網(wǎng)絡(luò)中應(yīng)用的質(zhì)量，確保關(guān)鍵應(yīng)用的安全。這是個不錯的功能。”^[3]
